Jay Bansal, MD Jay Bansal, MD

Jay Bansal, MD, Medical Director of LaserVue Eye Center, is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the Council for Refractive Surgery Quality Assurance. Recognized as a VISX Star Surgeon and one of “America’s Top Ophthalmologists” by Consumer’s Research Council, Dr. Bansal was among the first surgeons in California to perform the LASIK procedure. His career is dedicated to the research, teaching and practice of advanced vision correction techniques. He has performed over fifteen thousand successful LASIK procedures and is a certified as a Trainer to other surgeons on both the VISX Star and IntraLase Femtosecond laser systems.

Swati Singh, MDSwati Singh, MD

Swati Singh M.D. is certified by The American Board of Ophthalmology and The Council for Refractive Surgery Quality Assurance. She is fellowship trained in refractive surgery. Dr. Singh attended the University of Chicago School of Medicine. After completion of her residency at Northwestern University, she joined the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary as the Director of Comprehensive Ophthalmology and assistant Clinical Professor.

Dr. Singh has been recognized as a VISX Star surgeon (awarded to the top 100 LASIK specialists) by VISX, Inc. and named one of “America’s Top Ophthalmologists” by the Consumer’s Research Council. At LaserVue Eye Center, she performs leading edge Customized Wavefront LASIK procedures combined with advanced surgical techniques.

Dr. Allen BoghossianDr. Allen Boghossian

Dr. Allen Boghossian grew up in San Jose, California and attended Santa Clara University for his undergraduate education. He attended medical school in Missouri where he graduated first in his class. Following his residency at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Dr. Boghossian completed a fellowship in Cornea/Refractive surgery at the world-renowned Durrie Vision. During his fellowship he was involved with numerous research projects in refractive surgery and presented in national ophthalmology meetings. Dr. Boghossian is not only a physician but a patient as well, having had refractive surgery for his nearsightedness.
